Dr Wong is a board-certified family practitioner licensed in Illinois who has served the primary care needs of patients for more than 20 years. As a primary care provider, he deals with acute illnesses, preventive care and chronic disease management and performs selected minor operations. He is also a fully registered general practitioner in the United Kingdom.

Having been trained in Canada, the UK and the USA, Dr Wong looks at primary health care from a slightly different angle: primary care is more than medical sciences. He believes that, despite the US having the most advanced biomedical technology in the world, doctors should explore and address patients’ concerns at the community level while partnering with them in meeting their individual health goals. A partnership of this nature should be continual and mutually respectful.
